We would like to inform you that the European Maritime Safety Agency recently updated the 'Guidance on the carriage of Alternative Fuel Vehicles (AFVs) in Ro-Ro spaces of Cargo and Passenger ships'. 
Some of the changes are related to the shipment of Electric Vehicles and damaged or defective lithium batteries and Gas Vehicles powered by a flammable gas.

Following that, all AFVs are only allowed onboard if they comply with the provisions of the IMDG Code.
